The Skagit Valley Food Co-op, anchoring the corner of 1st Street and Division in downtown Mt. Vernon, WA, is a co-operative natural foods market, providing fresh local and organic produce and wholesome dry goods to community members since 1973. Our upstairs mercantile features a wealth of kitchen and garden goods, healthy kid’s toys and supplies, books, artisan crafts, clothing, and cards. The Co-op’s award-winning Deli offers hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees, sit down service, a salad bar, custom sandwiches and coffee beverages, as well as healthy delicious pre-packaged foods, both savory and sweet, and full catering capabilities. The Skagit Food Co-op supports local farmers and suppliers to uphold our standards of freshness and quality. Our Certified Organic produce department was the second in the state, and is the only in Skagit County.
